This year’s Salon will be an in-person meeting held on Tuesday 8 December.

Members may enter up to any 10 images which have achieved Honours or Highly Commended in club night competition during the year. Images must be resubmitted exactly as presented at club night; no alterations are permissible.
Members will be allowed to enter 1 “I was robbed!” image. This must have received an acceptance or better in competition during the year and is included in the maximum 10 images entered in the Salon.
The Salon will be in 3 sections (digital only):
Open (projected)
Portrait (projected)
Landscape (projected)
Members may enter up to a maximum of 10 images in total.
These can be entered in any of the 3 sections, Landscape, Portrait and Open.
For example, 10 in Landscape, 0 in Portrait and 0 in Open
or 3 in Landscape, 2 in Portrait and 5 in Open
Or any other combination, but the total must not exceed 10 images.
An image can be entered only once.
Naming of Images: Use original competition titles.
For example:
L_Mountain_Joe Bloggs (for Landscape entry)
P_Face_Joe Bloggs (for Portrait entry)
O_Apple_Joe Bloggs (for Open entry)
Images must be entered via the Website > Competition > Photo Upload – 2026 > Salon
Entries must be received by midnight Sunday 15 November.
First, Second, Third, Honours and Highly Commended will be awarded in each section, with the top Open, Portrait and Landscape images winning the respective cups.
Gold, Silver and Bronze will then be chosen from all the best images in any of the above sections.
